We couldn't be happier with this service. This company took care of the rats in the attic areas, and filled gaps in the roof/garage/gutters/and vent areas. Service was exactly what we needed. They filled the gaps, blew in new insulation, and repaired a few ducts in the attic that the rats nested in. We did receive a nice binder from a bigger company but that just showed us they had too much for advertising and we were going with a smaller business for more personal care. AtticGuard's work got rid of the critters, and our rooms are now insulated properly. We would definitely recommend this company!

We highly recommend this company for anyone who has a problem with rodents in their attic. We had heard some noises that sounded like they were coming from inside the walls near our bedroom. Mike came out on a Sunday to do the inspection - turns out we had a major mouse infestation in the attic. He very thoroughly explained the extent of the problem and the proposed method for remediation. Two days later, Josh and his crew arrived at 8:30 am and began removing the old insulation. The attic was then cleaned and sanitized, and new insulation was blown in. The job was done before 5pm that day. Every step of the process, including the inspection and clean-up was photographed. This company is highly ethical and they take the time to explain everything and answer any questions. There was no upselling - we had some HVAC ducts that needed repair and they included that in the job, rather than trying to sell us new ducts.

I decided to call AtticGuard because they currently have a special promotion of $85 (normally $400) to clean any droppings and rodent proof your attic. We just moved to Temecula last year and discovered that rats and mice live in the area, so I just wanted to make sure they couldn't gain access to our attic where we used to have all kinds of critters (squirrels, raccoons) back in the state of RI. Mike came in to inspect and confirmed that everything looked fine. Insulation was up to standard and he made sure there were no tunnels to indicate rodent infestation. Mike was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. This company doesn't charge fees if no cleanup or additional work other than inspection is necessary. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you live in a place where there's a lot of wildlife, especially rodents!!
